Mobile Phone interview - editing

This shows the seperation of the interview and the cutaways. The where both edited then dragged onto the timeline to be joined with effects and music.

This shows that the video and audio both match and the editing of the cutaways by using the razor blade tool.

This shows that the audio is ready to be matched with the visual in the right place on the timeline.

Phone interview evaluation

We did not have any major problems while producing this documentary. We filmed it in two parts first by filming the interviews then afterwards filming the cutaways.
We uploaded the footage into Adobe Premiere 1.5 and began to edit. To do this we used the razor tool to select the correct footage we wanted to use. This included cutting out the questions that where being asked therefore it would only be the answer heard.
The mise-en-scene of the interview could have been improved as it was not relevant to the topic at all. Also we could have planned it slightly better so it ran more smoothly and made sure there was no dead air.
The music worked as it was relevant to the topic and went well in the documentary. However there was a problem when we uploaded it to YouTube as it no longer worked.
